Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email, and then we process the order by confirming it is in stock and ready for shipment. If any of the items in your order are backordered, we will reach out to you via e-mail and you may choose to either wait or receive a 100% refund.

Please allow 3-4 days for processing your order.


We offer FREE shipping on all orders delivered by FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight or the most affordable available provider. Shipping times and shipping method will depend on the specific product and brand. If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will typically ship out within 4-5 business days from the date of your order (EXCEPTIONS: during holiday/busy seasons). We will send you tracking information within 5-7 business days of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 14 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@serenitymission. 


All shipping and delivery quotes are "approximate" lead times. We cannot fully guarantee delivery dates as we utilize the services of reputable independent freight companies and occasionally there may be brief transit delays.
