The Prestige BB-800 controls are all present on the side panel with clean, rounded edges attached on the right-hand side.

The layout was strategically arranged to make using the bidet as easy as can be. The main function buttons such as the posterior, feminine, and vortex wash are large with accompanying icons.

Preference buttons such as water temperature, water pressure, and nozzle positioning are visually easy to keep track of by the selection lights which indicate the selected level..

What are typical shipping & processing times?

Order processing time is 1-3 business days if the item is in stock. 

Delivery takes 3-14 business days.

If a unit is not in stock, it will have a unique lead time depending on the SKU. 

Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email, and then we process the order by confirming it is in stock and ready for shipment. If any of the items in your order are backordered, we will reach out to you via e-mail or phone and you may choose to either wait or receive a 100% refund. 

Please note that some carriers continue to be impacted by pandemic delays.

Returns

Returns must be initiated by the customer within 30 days of the purchase date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Collect shipments will be deducted from the amount refunded. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, Bio Bidet cannot accept returns on products that have been used. All returns are subject to review and can be declined if received in poor condition. Restocking and handling fees may apply.

Smart Toilets:

Due to the difficulty and customer cost in transporting this product, Bio Bidet will NOT accept any smart toilet returns due to the unit being an incorrect size, measurement, shape, incompatible with the customer's bathroom, or the customer simply changing their mind. Due to the large dimension and weight, a white glove curbside service will be used for transporting all smart toilets. The same method of shipping must be used for returns to avoid further damages during transit. Claims for damaged and/or missing items must be received within 48 hours of delivery by email or phone: info@serenitymission.com  (833) 899-9777. For issues of a unit arriving damaged or missing parts, contact us for an authorized RMA number by emailing info@serenitymission.com with your full order information including PO#, customer name, customer phone number, customer address, purchase date, and reason for return. Do not sign for damaged items.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the best prices online. If you find another legitimate online store that offers a lower prices on an identical item we stock (including shipping, tax, etc), we will match the competitor's price and provide superior customer service.
