This specialized nanotechnology filter reduces turbidity and waterborne microorganisms, including many bacteria and viruses.
The Cypress easily hooks up to your faucet, making installation a breeze.
Stage 1: COMPOSITE PLUS FILTER (HF-31): This two-step filter reduces particulate materials such as sand, rust, and fine particles from the water supply. This first filter also acts as a pre-filter protecting the 2 following filters. Recommended replacement every six months.
Stage 2: NANOTRAP FILTER (HF-32): This specialized, patented, and innovative nanotechnology filter is made with 100% USA-sourced materials (including nano alumina & cellulose fibers with a pore size of 2 microns that reduce turbidity, harmful waterborne microorganisms (including many bacteria and viruses), as well as numerous particulates. Recommended replacement is every 12 months.
Stage 3: CARBON BLOCK FILTER (HF-33): As the final stage in the filtration process, the carbon block filter further reduces particulates, bad tastes and odors, and water contaminants such as chlorine and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), improving the taste of the dispensed water. Recommended replacement is every six months.
Brondell H2O+ water filtration systems are all tested and certified by the Water Quality Association (WQA). Beware of non-certified manufacturer's filtration claims that have not been tested and approved by an authorized agency for water filtration products.
Brondell Processing & Shipping
Most US orders ship from our warehouse in Bolingbrook, IL and typically ship via UPS or FedEx Ground although some items may ship via other methods or from our San Francisco headquarters. We will process all orders as quickly as possible and within 1 to 3 business days as processing currently takes a bit longer. After order processing is complete, standard shipping may take from 1-6 business days for delivery.
We provide the tracking information once the product has shipped so you will always know the status of your order.
Please be aware that your tracking number may not immediately be valid or show any movement on the shipment. Sometimes UPS or Fedex may only show a “label created” status at the early stages of the shipment. This is normal and the tracking status will usually update within 48-72 hours once the shipment is scanned and updated in their system. If it is a weekend, then please wait until Monday to check the tracking number for status update. If your tracking status has not changed in 4 - 5 business days from, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist in tracking your order.
Due to the hygienic nature of these products, Brondell can only accept customer returns on Swash Bidet Seats, LumaWarm toilet seats, and bidet products that are unopened, unused, and re-sellable.
Customer returns to Brondell will incur a 10% restocking and handling fee to offset our shipping, handling, warehouse, and re-boxing costs. Products that are used or in un-sellable condition are subject to additional fees and/or non-credit for returned merchandise. Any returns must be initiated by customer within 30 days of purchase date.
Brondell will not accept for credit any customer returns on Swash bidet seats, LumaWarm toilet seats, or bidet attachments and bidet products that have been installed and/or used in any manner.
For Warranty service, customers should contact Brondell directly for repair and/or replacement of any defective merchandise.
All other non-hygienic products:

Products that are not in new and re-sellable condition are subject to additional fees and/or non-credit for returned merchandise. H2O+ water filtration products including filters that have been used may not be returned as once water has been run through the filter, they are not re-sellable.
