It features a dehumidifying mode to pull the moisture from the air, unfortunately, they are not designed to dehumidify in cold weather and will not pull moisture in the winter months. With dry mode, the DIY mini-split uses lower fan speeds to move the air over the coil. This way, more of the moisture is removed without putting out cool air. Although it may lower your home's temperature by a few degrees, it will certainly remove the humidity.

Warranty of MRCOOL

MRCOOL DIY 3rd Gen has a Seven (7) year warranty for compressors and a Five (5) year warranty on all parts to the original registered end-user. All warranty periods begin on the date of the original installation.
